1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Brainbox Technical Gym platform, website, and related services (collectively, "Brainbox" or the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Brainbox is an interactive technical training platform designed to build deep mental models in software engineering, system design, databases, concurrency, and distributed architectures through dynamic workouts, targeted mechanism discovery, and diagnostic problem boxes.

3. Educational Purpose & No Guarantee of Outcome

While our curriculum focuses on realistic production systems and engineering trade-offs, real-world implementations may differ significantly based on organization-specific constraints, versions, and architectures.

4. AI Capabilities & Inherent Limitations

Brainbox utilizes generative artificial intelligence systems and large language models (LLMs) to construct exercises, evaluate candidate hypotheses, and formulate feedback.

You acknowledge and understand that:

• Generative AI models may occasionally produce incorrect, outdated, or hallucinated technical explanations or code examples.
• The output provided by the tutor should serve as a thinking catalyst, not as an unquestionable reference or legal/engineering warranty.
• You remain solely responsible for validating code, architectural patterns, and security configurations before applying them to production software systems.

5. User Accounts & Conduct

When registering for the Service, you agree to provide authentic contact credentials. You are responsible for safeguarding your session access.

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, extract, or exploit the proprietary prompts, curriculum graph algorithms, or system instructions powering Brainbox.
• Deploy automated scrapers, crawlers, bots, or unauthorized rate-exceeding scripts against our APIs.
• Use the Service to transmit malicious code, viruses, or unlawful or abusive materials.
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass security measures, authentication tokens, or rate limits.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, algorithms, graphical user interfaces, curriculum roadmaps, logos, trademarks, and documentation provided on Brainbox are the exclusive intellectual property of Brainbox or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and practice on the platform for your own educational growth.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRAINBOX AND ITS FOUNDERS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following modifications constitutes your explicit acceptance of revised terms.
